Ran two more races in the past week:
Last Saturday I was part of Team Whippet for the 10 mile Relay in Prospect Park. Pictures can be seen here I ran about a 7:30 pace (3.33 miles).
Tuesday I ran the 2012 Race for the Olympic Bid in Central Park (5K) and ran a 23:01...good for a 7:25 pace in which I became 3rd all-time in the TRD record book for women:)
